Welcome to Timberwood Park!

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Timberwood Park. The board of the Timberwood Park Property Owners Association (TPPOA) is ready to assist you in getting settled into your new neighborhood with answers to your questions and helpful information to guide you into your new homeownership. We have a welcome committee available to greet you and provide you with a packet of information that most new residents find quite handy in establishing themselves in the community. Please contact us at info@tppoa.com with your name, address and phone and we will ensure the welcome committee gets this information to stop by for a visit. Additionally, if you have questions about the association, the common areas or recreational areas or anything else that you might not know about in Timberwood, the board of the TPPOA is ready to lend you a hand in finding the information you might need.

We look forward to you joining the association...it's a simple half page application along with a $25.00 fee to the association and you are entitled to all the benefits of our activities and events as well as a voting opportunity on issues which affect Timberwood Park. Our meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in our community clubhouse. Please come join us!
